1. Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy

Minaxi Supari is a consumable food product. Due to health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been dispatched or delivered. All sales are final.

2. Pre-Order Queries and WhatsApp Confirmation

We highly encourage customers to be absolutely sure about their choice before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding the product, packaging, or quantity, please contact us via our Official WhatsApp Link/Number for confirmation before placing an order. Once an order is placed, requests for changes based on personal preference will not be entertained.

3. Finality of Orders

Please review your cart carefully before completing the checkout process. Once an order is submitted and the payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled.

4. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment, orders are processed and handed over to our third-party logistics/courier partners promptly. The actual delivery timeline is completely determined and managed by the delivery partner. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or express overnight delivery, as the transit time depends entirely on their network and schedules.

5. Unforeseen Delivery Delays

Deliveries may occasionally take longer than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, regional restrictions, or internal courier delays. Minaxi Marketing Private Limited is not liable for any such delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Accuracy of Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete, accurate shipping address along with a valid, reachable mobile number. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for the loss. Any re-shipping charges will be borne entirely by the customer.

7. Product Packaging and Transit Condition

We ensure high-quality, secure packaging for all shipments leaving our facility. However, minor external wear and tear or minor dents on the outer packaging can occur during transit. As long as the inner food product remains sealed and undamaged, the product will not be considered damaged or eligible for claims.

8. Perishable Nature and Storage

As this is a food product, its quality depends on proper storage. Customers are advised to store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight immediately upon receipt. The company will not be held responsible for product spoilage resulting from improper storage conditions after delivery.

9. Right to Cancel Orders

The company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in events such as stock unavailability, errors in pricing listed on the website, or if our delivery partners do not service the customer's pin code. In such instances, a 100% full refund will be credited back to the customer's original payment method.

10. Technical Errors and Website Issues

In case of technical glitches, server errors, or website malfunctions that result in incorrect pricing, wrong product descriptions, or incomplete transaction logs, the company reserves the right to put the order on hold or cancel it. We will coordinate with the user to resolve genuine payment discrepancies.

11. Secure Payments and Pending Transactions

All payments must be processed through the authorized, secure payment gateways integrated into our website. If funds are deducted from your account but show as "Pending" or failed on our system, the issue must be resolved with your respective bank. Orders will only be dispatched once the payment status is officially confirmed as "Success" in our system.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan only.
